Kelly Verheyen

Kelly graduated as master of science in  engineering physics at the Ghent university (2003). She is also master in the management of governmental orScreen Shot 2016-08-08 at 13.17.42ganisations (2010). Kelly was project leader in the redevelopment of large spatial city redevelopment projects and founded LiCalab as a spin-off of one of this projects in 2011. 

Currently she works at the Thomas More University College, where she is the manager of LiCalab, the Living & Care lab, that has a team of 5 highly motivated ladies. Kelly is involved in different European cooperation projects and project leader of CrossCare, a cross border project that funds SMEs that develop innovations for healthcare using living labs in Belgium and The Netherlands.
